I brought my dog here for the first time the other day to be groomed, they did such a great job with her! I will definitely be back!!

I brought my puppy here today and I was so happy with how his very first haircut turned out!!! I was so scared because it was his first time, but he looks ADORABLE!!! I will never go to any other petsmart!!! for his haircut they did exactly what I asked and when I walked in to get him they were holding him and petting him. I felt good knowing my sweet baby was getting lots of love and attention. I’m so happy!! I can’t stop looking at him and how cute he looks!!!

Ashleigh P is the best groomer there is! A lot of people are wary because of my puppy’s breed and he’s just that, a puppy, but Ashleigh never backed down from taking him as a puppy customer! We are very happy with her services and will definitely be using her again and again!

I love the staff here but sometimes they run out of the food we need so we have been trying to get more than we usually need so that we don't run into a situation where we have to switch brands on our dogs. I wish pet smart would carry more items that didn't contain chicken or chicken byproducts - 97% of what they have contains chicken and my dogs are allergic.

They always allow price matching, which is great.

The Banfield team is awesome but I sometimes wonder if they ever give our dogs water during their all day visit because each of our dogs usually come home extremely thirsty! They've always taken great care of us though.
