Sarah was flexible, easy to communicate with, and patient with us as we sought out to find our forever home. Sarah was easy to trust in selling our home, she was respectful of our time - especially important as we have an infant - and made selling a breeze. We met Jake Nicolle over 2 years ago when we first saw a house that we were interested in. Although we were in no rush to buy, Jake made a list of our “wants” and continuously sent us pertinent listings in our preferred area. Jake or a team member did from time to time check in with us to see if our wants had changed or if any listing had interested us, while never pressuring us to buy.
This spring, we did see a listing we liked and with Jake’s help we successfully bought the property beating out 5 other offers. Jake designed our offer in a way that it was very appealing to the sellers.
Our house sold two months later after having multiple offers, but again Jake worked his magic to ensure he got the best deal for us. He put in long hours working for us, even trying to work a deal during the days his first child was born.
At the office end, Rachael was very helpful in addressing our needs, whether it was writing up contracts on short notice, or answering any questions that we had. Rachael sent us weekly updates of any interest or reviews from open houses or showings that had occurred.
We would highly recommend Jake Nicolle Realty, and would not hesitate to use Jake and the team again should a need arise.

Well where do I start? I can sum up my home sale experience in one word AWESWOME!!!! Jake Nicole is by far the BEST realtor and only realtor you will ever need in your lifetime because if you use this agent you will never need to seek another one out. He and his team have been professional and just an absolute pleasure to deal with through the entire process. Jake will not leave you to figure anything out on your own and is helpful and there for you through the entire process and just the best friendly decent and honest guy ever!! he was always positive and up-front about EVERYTHING, nothing was a surprise!! To be honest I would like to think that we have become good friend's during this whole process and I can tell anyone looking to either buy or sell a home or business that this guy give's 110% and is awesome at what he does.
