  We purchased our "new to us" vehicle about a month ago. The experience with the sales staff was incredible. Everyone was helpful, fun, engaging. The finance team were not pushy but informative and were easy to talk to. We purposely didn't write a review right away because we wanted to drive the car for a while - we are very happy to say that we havent had any issues at all. And the car was everything that was promised to us. I would recommend this dealership to friends, family and interested parties reading this review!!!

  We stopped in out of curiosity with no intention to purchase a vehicle. Josh came outside and greeted us immediately and introduced us to a vehicle that we had completely overlooked - the Nissan Kicks. This vehicle meets all the important criteria that we needed and we are so happy. Very pleased with the entire experience and the exceptional service and attention of everyone.

  Could not have had a better experience!! It was fantastic. After having a failed deal with Canada Drives; I contacted Josh Nguyen and from our first conversation - he was nothing but professional and understanding of what I needed and wanted. I ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle and drove it home the same day. The attention to detail; to making sure I was 100% satisfied before I left was a customer service like no other. Highly recommend this dealership. Thank you to Josh, Lydia and Tim for making this experience so enjoyable. I even received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was still good. The hour and a half drive from my house was well worth it.

  The service department is top notch. Kayla is exceptional and so helpful. The staff are kind and always go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. I have visited many Nissans in Southern Ontario and Niagara Nissan is where I drive to because of the staff and experience. Worth the hour and a half drive! Thank you for being amazing :)

  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING YOUR CAR FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I got my first ever car (2021 Nissan Kicks SV) from Niagara Falls Nissan on my birthday. And it was one of the best decisions I've ever done. No doubt, the service was top notch from this location. Shout out to Umi and Lydia for making my purchase so smooth. I never thought buying a car was going to be this simple. Umi was very approachable and professional, from drive testing to helping me choose the right car for me (honestly the hardest part). And of course Lydia for making sure that I understood all the financial aspect of buying/owning a car. Very very good people to deal with and it's worth every second of your time! Looking forward to future transactions.
