I’ve been going to this one particular Tire Discounters for a many years, service has always been good but due to recent staff changes, service has slipped in the poor direction. I was ready to find a different shop, but then spoke with the current GM, Brandon and Zach, and he/they asked to allow his shop the opportunity to keep my business and I agreed to do that and must say, so far I am more than satisfied thus far. In the past, I had new rotors put in my wife’s Toyota Sequoia and have had nothing but negative issues (rotor warping) from the repair before from TD, but we are now trying one more time. Customer service was great, we will have to wait to see if the rotors can last the rest of time. Thank you for asking for a review. If I could give 10 stars I would. I want to thank specifically Brandon for fixing my car and Orion and Zac for picking up extra work so that he could. I will try to make this very long story as short as possible. I called on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to have someone check out my car. I was having to make an emergency 19-hour drive to essentially rescue my dad because of really horrible airport/airline service that left my disabled, veteran father stranded, sick and unable to get the care he needed. When I told Brandon the whole sordid story and what I needed to do he was absolutely the most kind and gracious person that I needed in my moment of crisis. They were able to fix my car even though there were so many circumstances that made it difficult, if not impossible. I spent a few hours in the shop where they set me up a temporary office so I could take care of numerous details, rearrange my schedule and arrange for care for my other parent. At the end of all this my bill was much lower than the original quoted price because they found me "Coupons". They knew I was spending thousands of dollars on this emergency and did everything they could to help me. I'm so grateful for them and the other employees there that day that chipped in, worked harder or longer than they intended to or just cracked a joke to make me smile. I've been going to this shop for years and never once have they let me down. I'm grateful to know there are people who I can trust with my vehicles, who are gracious and kind and who take the time to do something right.

The personnel at this location is awesome! They are very thorough and explain everything well. I will be back, bit hopefully not for a while...haha!
