  Really phenomenal food. Excellent service.
  Be sure to plan for 3-3.5 hours for the full dining experience.
  Kitchen was able to accommodate a vegetarian preference.

  This was one of a few times I’ve eaten at a 2 star Michelin restaurant so I expected nothing but perfection and that is exactly what we got in almost every area. The food was delish and fresh and every course was better than the last. The service was out of this world and such a well oiled machine. We loved the part where we were brought back to the chefs table area too such a nice touch. The ONLY major downside I would give this (fully well understanding the length of some of these meals) was that it just felt way too long as the entire dinner experience was over 3.5 hours in total.

  I would highly recommend this restaurant for you special occasion or special night in Amsterdam. Impeccable service, thoughtful and reasonable wine list and amazing cuisine. Beautiful canal views and one of the courses was set up at a table in the kitchen which was a neat experience.

  A place where everything comes together. Seated in a pluche sofa, you are treated to delightfully designed dishes that waken up your palpates - little fun, fantastic and ecstatic explosions of umami, twangs, zingers and zests of tastes. An experience of pure joy and indulgence. Instead of the traditional butter and animal fats, the chefs used vegetarian and vegan options, and mostly of local and organic produce. With these light and fresh compositions comes the clean aftertaste, which is often not the case cooking a traditional French (fatty) cuisine. And these all brought to you by the most sunny faces of dedicated and sweet guys and girls, who seemed to enjoy this as much as we did. Go for it. We for us know we will come back here many times more.
