(January 22, 2018, 9:47 am)I called these people when my sewing machine started missing stitches. They were very thorough. They sent me to a shop local to me to drop of my machine for collection. The shop staff took details of the problem and made sure I had the foot peddle! They called to tell me what the problem was and a price before they fixed it. Then sent in back to the shop for me to collect within a week. Not only is it now not missing stitches, it is so quiet now. I think I must have got used to the rattle before! Excellent job. Recommended!!
