  I wish I could give more than a 5 stars. Asda Bexleyheath is lovely esp a staff member from the click and collect. Her name is Carly and she is very helpful every time I go there. She understands that I have kids running all about and is patient with me. I really hope her manager recognises what a valued member of staff they have and hope she is rewarded for excellent work. U

  I wouldn't shop anywhere else purely due to the fact that the customer service is amazing! I normally go to the Kiosk and quite regularly Bev serves me. Every time I go to the Kiosk she always remembers our last conversation we had and always has a smile on her face! I shop late at night on my way home from work and she's still stood there smiling and willing to go above and beyond for her customers! Infact, whenever I see Bev I never go to self check out I am always willing to que just to be served by her! such a lovely lady :) thanks bev!!!

  Great prices, good selection of goods. Could do better at getting frozen food into the freezer from the stock room. And it's a shame about the stink at the entrance where the trollies are kept. Smells like wet dog. I've mentioned it to two members of staff now but no one seems to be bothered.

  I had an unusual problem with Paypoint as the only one in the area that was apparently working was the one in Asda. Unfortunately the lady on the counter had no idea about what to do. I politely insisted on seeing a manager and one was called to the counter and she had to call her manager. It did take a fair amount of time which I expected because they had to phone their head office to check on everything. Once they had done this all was sorted extremely quickly. Thank You very much to Narinder, Julie and Katie. Three friendly professional employees of Asda Bexleyheath. There was also a very helpful Lady at the Security Desk that is just by the Cigarette Kiosk whose name I cannot recall.
