Sorry but I've got to on my experience so far I'm distinctly unimpressed with service (certainly no match for that experienced some years ago, which if memory serves me correctly, saw a new pair of spec's - frames & complex lenses - completed on same day. Has the company changed hands/supplier's?? This time I ordered a frame (perhaps now with more complex 'transitions' prescription on 1st June & was told they should be ready by 10th/11th June. On phoning to chase same mid am on 11th June i was told they're still not ready & that they'd chase their supplier/the factory!! PLEASE IGNORE THE ABOVE COMMENTS which were very muchwritten in Exasperation, have since spoken with Neil the owner who explained the factory rejected the original spec's but hadn't given a reason why. He's now going to chase them again stressing the need that i need new spec's prior to going on holiday 18th June as I'm really struggling with existing glasses.
Cheap helpful and fast for making up y specs.
I got shaded prescription sunglasses (look like designer raybans) from FastLens in record time, at half the price I would have paid at an optician. The people I spoke to were efficient, knowledgeable and quality product for a fantastic price. not enough people seem to know about them! also easy parking right outside
Very helpful replacing a screw on an arm, also didn't charge me for it. Very kind of them, great service.
My plastic frame glasses and lenses with no coating cost twenty quid (although there is less choice of the cheaper frames) and they made them while I waited. I went to buy a spare pair and they were able to find frames almost exactly the same as ones I had bought there before. Fantastic value and great service, I'm amazed more people don't know about them.
