  Anne is very professional and gives 100% during the one hour training session. She has a well-equipped home gym but her individual, personalised exercise plan also includes things you can do at home, using fitball, weights and stretch bands. She understands the needs of older clients and is unfailingly cheerful, thoughtful and considerate. So pleased I found her.

  Most professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My twice a week sessions are really enjoyable.
  And have been very helpful since having a stroke.

  I'm making lots of changes to my life at the moment - including my fitness habits, as I negotiate the ‘wonders’ of perimenopause. Anne is an incredibly warm, wise and encouraging presence in the midst of all the turbulence. I love the way she tailors each session to accommodate exactly how I’m feeling; when I’m full of energy, she pushes me to my max and when I'm hormonal/ feeling wiped out, she sets a gentler workout that leaves me refreshed & uplifted. However I am when I arrive, I always leave feeling I’ve achieved something.

  Having been a reluctant exerciser for many years, I have found Anne to be wonderfully encouraging, supportive and motivating. Her experience and care has meant that in 3 months she has made a real difference to my fitness levels and muscle tone. I am about to start my second set of sessions as she has given me the confidence to set more ambitious fitness goals. Highly recommended.

  A fantastic workout experience with Anne and I highly recommend it for someone like me who is easily demotivated and need that constant persuasion.
  Anne’s tailormade guide suited me perfectly both while at her gym or while working out personally at home. Above all she is personable, dedicated and caring person to get motivated from.
