Tony and his brother did a great job fixing up my new car that was properly smashed up while parked outside my house. Some other bodyshops that had been recommended were less than helpful and I finally found Mountgrove. They got back to me immediately and put my mind at rest that they could sort it out. The repaired bodywork looks immaculate, they kept me informed throughout the process and it didn't cost the earth. I will be using them for all my servicing requirements from now on. Can't recommend them highly enough.
These guys are fantastic. My car battery was dead and they walked to my house and helped me get it started and took it in and didn't even charge me extra for that. They have always been trustworthy, friendly and reliable and my local friends all recommend them too.
What a great find - local garage with brilliant customer service. Had my car’s headlamp changed and MOT done here recently, and the owners kindly offered to pick up and drop off the car for me (I live round the corner) to save me having to take my small baby along with me, which was hugely appreciated. Thank you!
I got recommended this place by a friend and I having put my MOT in at the last minute these guys did not disappoint. I especially appreciated the quick response/turnaround time - I spoke to Alex at 9am, brought my car in at 10am, and was able to take it away the afternoon the same day - vital when time was of essence. They were quick, professional, courteous and polite (as a female, sometimes it can be daunting to go into a car garage, but did not feel this at all here) and I will definitely be going here again should I need anything for my vehicle in the future. Excellent all round.
Fantastic service. Friendly staff made booking my car in at short notice very easy. I had a strange noise coming from my car and despite taking the time to test drive it and check the car for any major problems they refused to take any payment. Highly recommended and I will be using this garage from now on.
