I’ve been going to Adams classes for a couple of months now, after my osteopath said Pilates would help with my back problem. Adam is a great teacher and, what’s more, his classes are fun too. We always end up having an interesting group chat while we’re stretching. It makes the time fly by! My back definitely feels much better afterwards too.
