  We spoke to a few local estate agents before deciding on John Payne. As soon as we met Chris we knew they were the right choice for us. He was well-informed about the local market and also realistic about what we could achieve and the price we should list at. Our sale turned out to be a complicated one because we sold to a charitable trust, which involved a lot of red tape and bureaucracy. The team at John Payne Lee were absolutely brilliant. When we lost patience they stayed calm, when things needed to be speeded up they took immediate action. They sold our house at a great price and I recommend them.

  I highly recommend the Lee branch of John Payne and their staff for their great customer service and friendly attitude towards their clients. Katie was fantastic in helping us find out new flat and we're all really happy with it. Couldn't of asked for a better agent to take care of us.

  John Payne were excellent from beginning to end. Claire showed us a flat we hadn't planned to see but that we feel in love with. She and the team then worked really hard on all the processes of the sale. She was a real support as we were first time buyers, we really appreciated all the patient phone calls, sound advise and endless chasing on our behalf. Really excellent - would 100% use them again.

  We’ve used John Payne for our last three house moves and they have been really helpful both during the sale and right through the process, following up with solicitors and other agents to complete the sale. Chris, Claire and the team have great knowledge of the local area and take the time to understand what you are looking for next. Would recommend.
