    Nice country park but overrun by dog owners! Not many gravel paths so come prepared with wellies to cope with mud in rainy season! Nice little cafeteria with good food choices and reasonably priced. A bit short on parking at weekends.

    Lovely grounds to explore. High end fairly pricey cafe.. children's portions , but children don't get tomato or cucumber with their sandwich..or plastic plates for babies. Bit muddy.. advise wellies. Dog friendly.

    Lovely walks and brilliant cafe. Lovely food and lovely staff. Dog friendly too!

    A good place for a walk. You can take a picnic, or the cafe is good (but sometimes busy). If the main car park is full, there is a second, further along Shire Lane beyond the golf course, which is usually quieter. It is both child- and dog- friendly. The BEECHE centre run some activities both in term time and the holidays, but I have not tried them.

    Great place to walk round. Car park can get busy at times. Lots if dog walkers come here.
    Nature center has activities during the holiday period for children. Check web site as booking needed. Also courses for adults.
    Cafe open from 10.30am. Toilets in cafe.
    Also near ice well signposted from car park.
