  Ok, let me start of with a bit of history.
  
  First of all I would like to say throughout the years I have bought 3 cars from CMW and all 3 have been fine, the only reason I got rid of them was because I generally keep cars until they explode or fail to move anymore before getting the next....I am not one of these "has to have a new car every x/xx years".
  The customer service I got when buying these 3 cars was excellent, got told all about the cars including what was wrong with them (if anything) and what they were going to do to fix them, the service history, got a test drive (and not just round the block).
  
  So the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is recently we went to purchase a new car for my wife.
  We see this blue Honda Jazz on their website, the wife loved it so went to have a look at it.
  There was a small dent on the back wing which I must add was pointed out by the staff and they said they would fix this before we take it away.
  I took the car for a test drive, it drove nice with no complaints, we put down a deposit and CMW agreed to take her old Jazz (which was about to give up) as part ex, we left feeling chuffed and was told to come and collect it next week.
  The wife needs her car for work so asked if it could be done any quicker and CMW did agree to get it done for us 3 days earlier which was very much appreciated.
  
  Now we were told the central locking was not working and because we asked for it quick they didnt have time to fix it but booked us in to bring it back to get it fixed in 2 weeks, thats fine...I can live without central locking for a couple of weeks.
  I grew up driving cars with a choke so not having central locking doesn't bother me that much (I bet a load of young people are now Googling "what is a choke in a car").
  
  On the day of collection, I took a day off work, collected the wife and kids from school then headed to CMW to pick up the new car.
  I said to the wife "here is my card, go and pay and do the paper work whilst I transfer stuff from your car to the new car".
  
  So I get the child seats out, put the first one in the new car. Went to put the second one in could not open the rear door then I remember "Oh yes they did say the central locking was not working" so went round the other side to open it from the inside, still wont open.
  Went inside to report what was happening and someone came out to look at it, then the engineer wanted to wind down the rear window to see if he can fix it then we find the electric windows are not working.
  
  Now a rear door not opening is not a MOT minor, its a failure so at this point I started to get concerned about if the MOT was valid or not and also I don't want to take my kids in a car where we cannot open the rear door.
  
  At this point I decided I don't want this car so asked what else was in stock that we could drive away today.
  We settled in the end on a Ford Focus, very nice, very clean, low millage and after a bit of back and forth with CMW on the price because I have lost a days holiday from work and potentially been sold a dangerous car we agreed on a price for the Focus.
  
  Now I agree on giving places fair reviews, yes there was some mistakes made here by CMW however they were very fair in trying to resolve them to the point where both parties were happy with the final outcome.
  
  Also my previous 2 experiences with CMW had none of these issues so I do think on this ocassion a simple mistake was made.
  I dare say if we had not asked for it to be done quicker this would have been picked up on and fixed beforehand so as I have said yes CMW looks to have made some mistakes but I was applying pressure to get it quicker and when you rush things, mistakes happen.
  
  I would buy from them again but I think I would do a bit more due diligence.
  
  Anyway the new car we have from CMW, is exactly as described, drives nice and we are very happy with it.

  On recommendation I recently went to CMW Cars, Roger was amazing, i had a few cars in mind, but on seeing them they were not for me. Roger noted my requiremenrs and the choice he made was brilliant. I collected the car 3 days later. the service provided was excellent and I am so happy with the choice that was made. I would definitely recommend CMW Cars. Brilliant.

  Great car, very low mileage, good as new, and much cheaper than the competition. Very nice service, they spent time showing me several cars until I settled on one. Took me for several test drives and made me feel very valued. Would definitely buy from CMW again, very happy.
