He tried his best to help us, listened to what we needed, had lots of patience and gave us a lot of info about the choices I was about to make. I haven't' bought the car yet but I think I might be doing very soon!

Very friendly, and helpful. When buying the new car if there was any problems he was very happy to go that extra bit to make sure everything was correct and done on time.
