  Such great service. Paul went out of his way to help us with our cooker emergency so I can cook my Christmas turkey. Professional and pleasant. I am glad I have mended the old cooker which is now working well and not spent out on a new one!

  Excellent service! Paul knew what I was talking about over the phone, arrived with 3 parts (as he said it would be one of three things) so the problem could be fixed in one visit. Very polite, friendly and charged as quoted. Would not hesitate on using again and definitely recommend.

  Paul provided an excellent and timely service. He came the day after we called in the timeslot specified and corrected the fault quickly and tidily ( and a couple of other bits that where about to go wrong)and kept to quoted price. I would recommend him to others.

  Paul was brilliant from start to finish! I was clueless what model my oven was as it was here when we moved in and it never worked so also didn't know what was wrong with it. Paul talked me through a few steps over the phone, to ensure that he could help and wasn't wasting my time! Through these simple instructions he discovered what the model was, that he could definately help, and that he had the parts in stock! Paul was here the very next day, was kind enough to be as quiet as possible for my sleeping baby, and got the job done within half an hour!! He went above and beyond by replacing some dodgy wires free of charge, removed a dodgy bulb and made the cooker completely safe and in working order! Fabulous service!

  Can't fault Paul's response to my fitted oven, problems (14 years old and I was afraid a replacement was the only option). He came right away, had spares in stock, fitted replacement fan motor and thermostat and restored my faith in the oven.
  ACE is an owner operation, so you get what it says on the tin from a reliable and knowledgeable professional. Paul also had the courtesy to listen to other electrical issues I have and to give sound advice.
