Traci is the most amazing person! We had two major claims less than 12 months apart. The largest was a devastating house fire in which we lost everything. I was in complete shock. There were firefighters from 2 or 3 different departments in addition, my husband and I were volunteers on our local department. Someone told me I needed to call my insurance agent. Mind you, Traci and I had only talked on the phone; we had never met in person. Traci drove about15 miles to our home and sat with me. She literally sat with me the entire time. She stayed with me until my husband and I left our home, all the while she had been working on the process to get us into a hotel; which was difficult with our pets. Traci was a Godsend. There are no words that can give her the praise she deserves. I am so incredibly grateful for her and I wouldn’t have known what to do that day without her.
