(March 2, 2021, 12:25 pm)I don't do auctions really - just started last year with Heritage and I've always had excellent customer service from these folks. They allow you time to come and view what they will auction and then everything has been online of late - they provide good descriptions and photos in case you don't get down there to look at the items prior to the start of the online process. Payment is easy as well as pick up, flawless. I appreciate their great customer service! All of the employees I've encountered have been super nice and very helpful!
