Someone backed into a 2000 Toyota Avalon and cracked the grill. I chose Professional Paint & Body, because that’s who the Toyota dealerships use. I emailed them pictures for an estimate and requested an appointment. The staff is efficient and polite; the office is spacious and inviting. The paperwork was quick and simple both before and after the service. You might wait weeks for your appointment, but the service only took days. I think Professional Paint & Body knocked the dent out of the hood and replaced the grill. It looks new again and I will keep them in mind for future body work.

Lauren did an excellent job at making sure my car was better than pre-collision. She kept me updated on my car and got me back in my car faster than I thought. Best customer service hands down.

Incredible service and fantastic results on the body work done on my vehicle. The repairs were done far more quickly than I expected and at a reasonable price. I was kept well-informed throughout the process and my vehicle not only looks like it did before it was damaged, but the inside was meticulously cleaned as well. I could not be happier. In a world where good customer service is becoming a rarity, Professional Paint and Body is a gift and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle body repairs.

Excellent service! I’ve used them 3 times, twice in the past when I was rear-ended and most recently when a deer hit my car. They have been great all 3 times I’ve used them. Excellent customer service. They gave me a realistic time period for my repairs, called to update me on repairs/progress, and had my car done a week before their initial estimate. Would definitely use again, but hope I don’t have too!
