She was super helpful, patient with my auto ignorance, and very knowledgeable about my questions and concerns. Keep an eye on this star because she a total asset to your company!!!

Customer service was excellent!! The associate checking in my car, was very cheerful, and Informative. The waiting room was comfortable, with TV, coffee, water and popcorn 😀. The service on my car was excellent, and fast ! I recommed you purchase your car from Toyota in Sylacauga Al!

Great service today! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn’t pressure me to buy anything when I had my battery replaced today. Robbie let me know upcoming things to save up for like new tires and brakes and how much they’d cost and upcoming specials. While I waited, I spoke with Alice and told her how much I have loved my Rav4. Again no pressure to trade! The receptionist, Passion, was so sweet and friendly too! She showed me how the dealership started saving money with a new fresh filtered water dispenser vs the bottled water! Coffee was delicious as always! The only thing I’d change is for the dealership to have better phone service, or wifi. I think they’re working on that!

Great experience today! Our first time to visit and it was easy. Good communication from first phone call , to the test drive, and any concerns. Great customer service, friendly folks, even stayed late to finish up our buying experience and tomorrow they are delivering our pre-owned mint condition vehicle! Couldn’t be more happier!
