(March 7, 2020, 5:14 am)Jack (J) EXCEEDED my expections! I switched from Metro to Sprint for a "deal". SPRINT, by far, is horrible in all aspects of client service.
I stopped by Metro and met with J. In no time, I had a new phone, GREAT plan with no hidden fees like Sprint has and the experience was stellar.
I am proud to a Metro PCS customer again and will never fall for the incompetent imitators.
I am not one to write reviews but when the experience was this great, I feel consumers should know.
