Michelle recently helped us sell some vacant land we had for a long time. I expected the land to go up on Zillow and MLS and just wait and see what happens. I figured it could take a long time. First thing I noticed with Michelle, who I just randomly found online, was that she answers her phone. In a world where no one as answers their phone I was very surprised when she did, even on the initial call. After a short conversation about our land, I received a text message from her with photos showing she went out and looked at it. I was amazed she did that. Its not like its right down the street. It’s about a 60-mile round trip. This lady works! She dug up all kinds of history and info on the property. Even contacted owners of adjacent properties. I was really amazed at the effort being put into this. Shorty after we listed with her, multiple physical signs went up on and near the property. Within days we were getting interested buyers. Michelle was always immediately available by phone email or text throughout the process. You just don’t see service at that level anymore. You can tell she really enjoys what she’s doing. In about 2 months property sold for exactly what we asked for.
