  My wife and I came down to look at the Switch we put a deposit on. Met Josiah and he was awesome to work with. Friendly, knew about the product, and just made the experience great. We also got to know Daemon as well and he also made the experience great. Beth and I feel like we made two friends in a short amount of time. So we also took a look at the Lone Star Defender while we were there and said what he heck, and bought that as well. Daemon got it done on the backside and Josiah made it happen on the front end. Great team and they represent Ride Now very well!

  Just picked up a 23 350 from these guys about 2 weeks ago now. The guys and girls had amazing service, very good personalities, and lots of employees. Josiah got me right and made us a great deal on the bike so if u go down there tell him i sent u and he’ll take care of u. The staff made us feel very welcome and made it a easy choice to buy a bike from them. Thanks fellas!

  Beautiful show room with lots of options and
  Friendly employees.
  
  Beware of quotes dramatically lower than what they will actually charge you.

  We recently picked up a used 2015 Slingshot SL from a private seller. The seller indicated that they had all prior service done at RideNow in Chandler so we brought the vehicle in for a full-check up and to have a brake pressure sensor swapped out (something we knew needed to be completed when we purchased).
  
  Wasn't sure what to expect, but WOW incredible service at both the store and service level. Every single staff member we met across three separate visits has been very friendly and helpful.
  
  Particularly in service, had an awesome experience with Kevin. He was true partner that was genuinely excited for us becoming 'part of the Polaris family' (even though we didn't buy the Slingshot from RideNow we were treated as first-class). Kevin was very apologetic when our service took longer than expected (4 days instead of 2 days, no big deal) and went far above and beyond to take care of us as follows:
  
  1) I had accidentally stripped the threads on the passenger side mirror when removing it (ouch) and RideNow fixed my error and re-secured the mirror without cost to me!
  
  2) After paying for the Brake pressure sensor repair Kevin informed me that he wanted to see if Polaris might be willing to cover the repair under their dealer recall program since their had been a recall for this particular part issued in November 2016. Even though that free recall had closed in 2020, Kevin volunteered to advocate for us to see if it could still get provisionally approved. Kevin filed all the necessary paperwork and Polaris approved it... they refunded the entire cost of repair to my credit card! This something I wouldn't have known was even possible and Kevin took it upon himself to suggest it and complete it for us.
  
  This means as a new Slingshot owner (who didn't even buy from RideNow) I had all of my repairs taken care of with no cost to me because this team cares about going above and beyond. Rest assured they've earned my business for life and I'll be back again and again for any future needs. Thank you team for such an amazing first experience!

  I have been looking for a Honda Talon 1000X for awhile and was able to find a 2020 used one at the chandler ride now location. I went in and was met by the floor manager Daemon and sales rep Landon. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. Ultimately they worked with me for majority of the day and were able to get me a deal I was happy with! Brandon from the service department was great during the walk through as well! Overall it was a great experience and will be back for other items!
