I always enjoy working with Mercedes if Chandlers service team. My service person, Nate is my reason for only getting my SUV serviced there. He’s attentive and very responsive. He takes time to understand your needs and always give good advice and recommendations. I recently worked with Kyle while Nate was on vacation and he was great as well.

Everyone at Mercedes Benz Chandler, AZ are courteous. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I would like to particularly thank Christopher Parks for his very friendly approach and assistance through out the process. His phone call greetings are much appreciated. Vicki Kovalcik a very energetic gal and pack with sense of humor, the paperwork process will not be so much fun without her jokes.
