The 20/20 Grand Canyon Experience

Wow, I was very pleased with my "Grand Canyon Experience". Max was a very knowledgeable host and guide. His experience with preparation, fitness and overall comprehension of the Grand Canyon was top notch. If you are wondering if the Grand Canyon is something you want to hike for the day, hike for a couple of days or even push your limits and do a Rim to Rim to Rim...Max is your answer for preparation and everything that lends itself to a successful adventure!!

Amazing trip. Highly recommend training with Max before to ensure you’re ready. This was a challenging 3 days but well worth the effort to see the real beauty of the Canyon. Well planned and coordinated.

I did the Rim to Rim hike in 2016. There was a good amount of training leading up to the big day when we descended in to the Grand Canyon. This trip was amazing! Max choreograph the perfect mix of geography and adventure over the 20 some odd miles from South to North Rim. We were about half way down the south side of the canyon when the sun poked up over one of the many peaks. It was truly and awesome view. Sunrise in the Canyon is unlike any other and a must see. Every stop along the hike was meticulously timed for good reason. We reached the top of the North Rim right at sunset for the perfect ending to the hike. Hats off to you Max for creating such possibilities. I highly recommend this for anyone who is ready for a fun adventure with a satisfying feeling of accomplishment at the end. The training for the big hike is a must. The canyon can be dangerous if you are not prepared mentally and physically. If you are lucky enough to go on a Grand Canyon Rim to Rim adventure with Max, he will make sure that you are prepared and confident when you eventually come face to face with the Grand Canyon.

Hiking into the Grand Canyon is one of those experiences that words can not explain. I had the pleasure to camp out for 2 nights with 2 additional friends under the guidance of Max. He showed us little known secrets (top for me was a secluded mini waterfall that we all took a dip in) within the canyon that we would never have found on our own. I am looking forward to make my next trip down and up!
