Coaches actually care, and workouts are fun. Great place to meet some awesome people who love to work hard.
Amazing place. Did a drop in as I was passing through and everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The coaching was excellent and the workout was fun.

I dropped in for a week a few months back and everyone was so nice and encouraging! If you live in surprise and are looking for a box I definitely recommend this one!
