  Recently had my oil changed. Sean, Daniel and James were all very knowledgeable and professional. Oil change was done quickly. I was informed of other repairs that needed to be done that I was not aware of. I am very happy with the service that i received at this store.

  Take my car in regularly to this location for oil changes. Can usually get a coupon discount. Mentioned an on going issue with the car. They checked it(free of charge)& told me what was wrong & how much it would be to fix it. Checked around & even asked mechanics on Facebook. Brakes Plus had the best deal. They fixed my car on 6/15/20 & it is now running great! They are very knowledgeable,friendly, professional & all their work has a warranty. I even got a free oil change coupon. I highly recommend this place!

  From start to finish, this was a pleasant experience. My brakes were grinding and I called around for an estimate on getting it repaired. After talking with a few places, I wasn't confident I'd be able to get my brakes fixed today until I reached James at Brakes Plus on Warner and Cooper. He stood out immediately when he asked me for more information regarding the issues I was having and inviting me to come in for the free brake inspection.
  When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and queued for the inspection. Sean then brought me out to my car to show me exactly what his findings were and then spent time creating 3 different estimates to have it repaired. Unfortunately, all 3 were a little out of my immediate price range and I had to ask if there was a quick(cheaper) fix that would keep me safe for another week(until next payday). Sean graciously asked me what sort of budget I was working with and he was able to get the price to about 300 bucks which was an immense relief.
  TL;DR They are friendly, prompt, informative, and willing to take budgets into account. I will definitely be returning for future car service needs.

  In a world where customer service has failed us and in an industry that is usually one that can cause a lot of problems for people. I'm happy to say we finally have a place to go! with the manager named John who actually cares about the customer to make things right and be honest if there is a problem that arises. I definitely at this point believe you should check out this Brakes Plus for your Automotive needs????

  This guys really Rock.. I couldn't find any one to help me out with an impact tool , to back out a heavy bolt , John the manger let his tech Cody help me out right before closing.... Thank you guy's for the help and effort
