  Everyone from the technicians that answer the phone to the vetenarian doctors are extremely professional, caring and compassionate. They always remember my dogs name and always act excited to see my animal.

  Unfortunately I had a very sad story happen which I feel I should share because when the worst happens to your pet you need top care...
  
  So my 15 week old puppy was healthy but at week 14 appeared to have kennel cough (negative) so then the dr.s tested blood for valley fever, but no.... turned out to be suspected cancer which was at last moment was physically choking my poor puppy. He went downhill in a matter of 72 hrs.... They did everything they could do, but my poor puppy was suffering.
  
  This hospital answered all of my calls, stayed open late to give me medicine for my puppy, worked us into the schedule for emergency visits, offered payment plans... they gave us 100% effort. In the end we decided to end our poor babies pain and put him at rest. They were amazingly kind and fit us in for the apt. They told us we were making a good decision and were VERY open about the procedure. It made me feel better to hear what we were doing was right... The Dr. did the euthanasia and our puppy passed in my arms. He was finally comfortable and at peace.
  
  Now, because of a genetic health guarantee my breeder had I am receiving a new puppy this week. A little soon, but those are the breeders terms. So I will be bring him here for all of our veterinary needs. This is a great veterinary hopital, I trust them completely with our new pup.

  I want to tell you that I have taken my Bulldogs here for years and there isn't another place I would take my pets to. Dr. Saltzman is the one and only veterinarian I trust trust completely with my Bulldogs. He is extremely knowledgeable and I completely trust his decisions. The office staff is very friendly and keeps you informed about your pet or concerns. The facility is also very clean. Thank you Happy Valley Animal Hospital!

  We appreciate Happy Valley Vet so much and love how close it is to our home. Whenever something is happening with our dog or cat we can call and typically get an appointment quickly! Julia the Vet was amazing and did such a thorough check on my dog on our last visit. We only go to this vet and are so lucky to have them nearby

  Amazing Animal hospital! I take all my pets here(2 dogs and a cat) and I’ve always had a great experience. I like that they offer the vaccines for life program and it’s transferable to other locations in their network if you move. The staff is super friendly and I never felt rushed even when it’s busy. My only suggestion would be to have more flexibility with last minute appointments. I can always anticipate when my dogs allergies will act up, and I can’t always wait 4-5 days for an appointment. Overall, this is a great hospital and you won’t regret it.
