I hate to give them a 1 star review because the office staff and dental techs, along with the hygienist, are nothing short of awesome. They would be rated at 5 stars. Not very many people can say this, but I honestly like going to the dentist due to how awesome the above-mentioned are. That includes you as well, Karen, aka Mom. You will know who I am with that little hint.

The reason for the 1 star is simply the dentist herself. She is new to that office. She fixed 4 cavities, 2 on the upper left and 2 on the upper right. Teeth #2 and #3. Before she butched those 4 teeth, I had zero pain. They were just small cavities that needed to be fixed. A few weeks after she worked on my teeth, I was having sharp pain in every tooth she worked on. Eating food is now dang near impossible.

Because of all this pain, I went in to see what was going on. They took detailed x-rays on all the teeth that she worked on. The dentist reviewed the x-rays, and she said all the work she did was fine, and she didn't see anything in the x-rays that would be causing my pain.

She did an extremely short inspection of the #2 tooth and didn't see anything. So, I asked for a panoramic x-ray due to not having one done in years. Again, the techs were awesome. After the films popped up on the screen, you could easily see a dark pocket in the area of #2 and #3 teeth. The techs asked the dentist to perscibed antibiotics to help reduce the infection, but again, the dentist said there was nothing wrong with the tooth and denied that request.

I am being referred to an endodontist for evaluation of those 2 teeth. Again, the office staff and techs were awesome with helping me get in contact with the endodontist to make that appointment. They also got me another appointment on Saturday where they have a more experienced dentist to get a second opinion. Thank you, Karen, for hooking me up with that appt.

I started to not feel well at all, and Karen and the techs quickly got me seated in a chair and got me some water to drink. After about 30 mins later and 3 more small bottles of water downed, I was able to drive home. Karen wanted me to call the office when I got home, so they knew I got home safely. Thanks again, Mama Bear.

Well, after getting home is where it gets even better. I started to get increased pain to the point where I was thinking of going to the ER. But before I was going to do that, I took a look with a flashlight, not even a dental tool like the dentist that said nothing was wrong. I was able to easily find 2 soft spots where there should be bone around those 2 teeth. I pressed on the soft spots gently with a quetip, and something popped, and I started to get some pus coming out from around one of the softs. I got out as much pus as I could. Since that moment, the pain has reduced enough where I think I can finally sleep as it's been 2 days without sleeping due to all the teeth that the dentist butchered.

I will never allow that female dentist near my mouth again as I am pretty sure that I will have to have a freaking root canal. Who is going to pay for it. I know that I don't have the money to fix it.

If it wasn't for the office personnel, dental techs, and hygienists, I would have left this dental office and went somewhere else. They are the only reason why I have stayed, and Docs Dentist Corporate should recognize them for this. It's those people who make that office awesome.

So again, 5 stars for the office, dental techs, and hygienist.

I wish I could go negative Stars for the female dentist as she should not be in this field.

    Thanks again, Mama Bear.

Update on my review, I was able to see another dentist there this Saturday, and he was able to adjust my bite and that has already really helped my pain. Thank you Dr. Marshall.
