StorQuest Self Storage

Wendy was super nice! Knew who I was as a customer as soon as I walked in. Ran me through what I needed to know and helped me cancel a reservation I didn’t realize I accidentally made. Great and fast customer service. Was in and out of the storage unit in about 30 minutes 😄

It was fairly easy. We went in the office. asked for a unit and paid for it without any problems. We went to the unit and deposited our belongings before we left.

Wendy was awesome and very helpful. Can't wait to continue services with her.

Manuel was great was driving around looking for best prices and space. As soon as I drive up was granted and treated with so much respect. Manuel answered all my questions and didn't make me feel pressured or forced to get my storage. He is just an amazing humble human that knows what he is doing.

I first showed up during a lunch break/bank run. (which was not up for another 45 minutes) The friendly woman came out to check and see what I was there for. See was so informative and kind. She took the time to show me around. I appreciate that she took time from what she was doing to help me.
I have not had to rent a storage spot in a few years. This is a very nice facility. However, the prices seemed a bit high to me. But because of her kindness and the convenience of the location I did go ahead and rent a storage spot.
