Soleil at Canyon Trails

The office staff at TerraLane has been amazing! All of the staff (Imani, Ivan, Adrianna,Terry, and Cameron) are responsive to all of my questions and maintenence completes all of my work orders within 24 hours or less. My favorite part of my home is the security system. It makes me feel extremely safe while living here. I would recommend this community to everyone.

Ivan, Tessa, Imani, and the rest of the team here at Canyon Trails are amazing! My husband and I needed to move in a fairly short period of time and they were not only incredibly helpful, but quick to respond, kind, and very patient with me during the entire process. I felt they genuinely did everything they could to get us moved in as quickly as possible. Ivan worked with me through most of the process and he is absolutely incredible, and very quick to respond to any and all questions. Management here is a complete 180 from our previous apartment complex, along with the overall quality of apartments and community as a whole. Highly recommend!!

What can I say about this amazing community, let me first say I watched this community way before it even had a name!
Once I got a name and number I connected with Kathy ,who is such a wonderful person and extremely helpful! We communicated a lot via email and phone.

I finally got to meet her in person today (August 2, 2021) and she is just as wonderful in person!
This journey for me to move into this community started in April 2021. I moved into here June 2021!

OK I do get the bragging rights of being the first person to sign a lease here:)sight unseen! Best decision ever!
The location is perfect it is close enough but far enough away from the 303 and the 10. Located right around the corner from Target and Fry’s!

Everyone I have communicated with has been wonderful! The girls in the office are so friendly and inviting! They seem to love their jobs and it shows! Thank you for that!

Everything is clean and well maintained! Love that we have garbage valet! The pool area is super nice and oh my gosh A/C in the bathrooms is amazing especially on a hot day here in AZ!
The homes are well built and I cannot even hear my neighbors! Huge bonus!
The people who live in this community are super friendly and I feel like they are family already! My grandson loves the pool and has made some new friends!

This is definitely a community I would recommend to live in!
Do yourself a favor and visit one of their models and see what this community is all about!!!
