Aaron and Terri are absolute rockstars--I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone wants something different in a realtor, and I understand that, so I'll touch the things that were absolutely critical for my wife and I--

Communication was top notch. All day, everyday--text, phone calls, emails, in-person. If I needed something, even several time zones away, they were on the ball. Terri and Aaron wear their passion for the job on their sleeve. If I'm being totally honest... It felt like me and a couple friends were working to buy a home together--I often forgot that this is their day job. Terri is so passionate and so invested in her clients. It's awesome--You'll see.

As a team, Aaron and Terri work the whole spectrum of real estate together--being married they have near perfect communication and there are no delays or middle-manning. It's really, really seamless and the team dynamic helped us move quickly and aggressively when dictated by the situation. It is definitely a great experience when all facets of home buying are mind-melded.

Something that didn't cross my mind beginning the process but has proven to be a huge boon throughout is the amount of relationships and ties to the local area Aaron and Terri have--they don't just know people here--they ARE the people here. This is their home and they are very invested in local businesses, contractors, lenders, neighbors, etc. This was hugely beneficial in giving my wife and I options with everything--offers, repairs, short term and long term renovations, you name it. I also appreciated that Aaron and Terri didn't push you towards "their guy or gal" in the business. They gave us candid and personal recommendations, the good and the bad, and shared their own experiences with many of these services over the years. I'm not blowing smoke when I say the process felt very much like making a home buying and renovation gameplan with your close friends.

Some of you reading may have had dealings with realtors in the past and be fairly disenfranchised with the profession--I was for several years. I would encourage you to rethink that and reach out to Aaron and Terri--once you meet them you'll understand the magnitude of what they bring to the table. They are also really fantastic human beings and down to Earth people. (which should be a requirement, but isn't always the case)

I will warn you--you may have to physically restrain Aaron & Terri from helping you renovate. Joking (mostly), but they genuinely love their job and really want to see people love and enjoy the homes they buy. Absolutely recommend and I hope if you're on the fence you at very least meet with them before you make a decision!
