Rented an apartment from them years ago, & they were very nice. They worked with me for the situation I was in & I would rent from them again.

I’ve known these wonderful people for over 47 years and have never known them to be rude or slum lords. They are very professional loving and kind people with big hearts. Being direct is not being rude. I’ve been a renter for many years and as a tenant you have responsibilities in taking care of the home your renting as if you owned it yourself. I grew up in Mesa and have seen the valley grow beyond belief. With that comes a lot of shady people. Unfortunately, renting a home can be a roll of the dice. References can be fabricated or embellished.

And for the person who purchased the truck and felt the need to express information that was exaggerated.... your version is also questionable. And perhaps you should research mental health disorders and the struggles most deal with beyond belief. If you are conscious in the things going on in this world... you should be pro active in learning and understanding more. Just saying!
