    This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are clean and the beds are almost too comfortable. They provide niceties like robes and slippers that you normally only get at a high priced hotel. They also provide a complenentary hot breakfast, not just store bought muffins and Danish like at those chain motels. The staff is very friendly and quick to address requests. And the parking is free! I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm anywhere the San Gabriel valley.

    Absolutely wonderful customer service by Cheryl. She took good care of us as we checked in late. And went above and beyond to accommodate. I will stay here again. Loved this hotel.

    The deal breaker for me is the low water pressure in the shower head. I stayed at three hotels in California in this road trip, and this hotel has the lowest water pressure in the shower head. I didn’t shower my kids because it would take too long to wash them.

    We stayed on the second floor, and we could hear the footsteps clearly at night and in the morning.

    The room is medium-small size and clean. It’s not newly updated or outdated. Front desk is helpful.

    I want to give a special shout-out to the team that manages the breakfast. Who would expect any service at the continental breakfast? The staff is accommodating and serves the food to customers. Breakfast area is clean and looks efficiently run. I even want to leave some tips!

    My honest rating is a 3-star due to the low water pressure. I boosted it to 4 stars because of the breakfast team. With this price, I would not consider staying again.

    This is no 5- Star hotel for sure, but this place does everything they can to make your stay amazing. We had our 96 year old grandmother to accommodate to and they moved the entire room around so she would be comfy and she claims it was the best sleep of her life. Great staff, clean spaces and rooms, my only gripe if any, was that the shower pressure was a little low BUT that’s super small and can be looked past for sure. Overall such a great place to stay.
