Jan, and her staff, Ty Martin and Heather Halverson, immediately put my mind and fear at ease, helping me to feel more confident and to keep my eye on the light at the end of the tunnel. I knew I was in good hands. They were compassionate in their understanding and took time to reassure me at every turn my divorce took, there were many. They were unshakeable, occasionally provided some humor, and in the end helped me to achieve my end goal; a fair settlement which allowed me to keep my children in their home.   Jan and her team (Heather and Ty) are simply amazing. They took a really bad situation and turned it into a great experience for me. They were there for me when I had questions, helped me learn my rights, listened when I had concerns and they are just overall wonderful to work with. I have, and will continue to, recommended them to friends and family or anyone who asks if I know anyone who will fight for them in family law. Jan and her team are THE best!

  Jan and her team with Ty and Heather were recommended to me by a friend and now I recommend her to all of my friends, family and anyone that mentions they’re looking for legal representation.

  Prior to Jan representing my family court case, I was discouraged and uncertain what to do navigating my way through the family court system, and having had terrible experiences with attorneys In court in the past, I wasted a lot of time and money to end up right where I started. After Jan and her team, I’ve seen success in my case and I actually have hope again.   Jan Buescher and her team are wonderful to work with! I came to Jan midway into what seemed an impossible legal issue. Jan was understanding and realistic and gave me fantastic advice. Jan helped me to prioritize, focus and see through to the other side of an overwhelming situation.
  
  Due to the pandemic, nothing is normal including the courts, office visits and availability. Buescher Law Group has been extremely flexible, organized and always available. I felt safe and comfortable meeting with Jan in her office and we attended a virtual court hearing on a laptop in her conference room. Jan was a strong advocate and represented me well in this new virtual courtroom atmosphere.

  So very impressed. I arrived to the office scared and not knowing what to do. Jan and her staff made me feel at ease knowing what i was going through. Jan and her staff were professional, caring, and understanding. Not all attorney are the same. Jan and her team are down to earth and treat you with respect and not like a number in a deli. Buescher Law Group hands down is the best divorce attorney around. I will recommend this Firm to everyone I know. What a classy Law Firm.
