As a "regular" in the office I could not be more impressed. Appointment was for 1030am. I arrived at 1015, and was quickly called into the exam room. I received a thorough exam, got treated, made a new appointment, and was out the door walking to my car by 1040. Pretty good I'd say!
A friend had recommended this office to me. Had been seeing a different provider at a different office for five years & was not happy with their service. Getting an appointment was done in a timely manner. Other services that I wanted were available here that my other dermatologist did not offer. Will be returning to Ann Sullivan PA-C for my dermatology needs.
I have been going to English Dermatology for many years now. I have a yearly check up and have had a couple of procedures. I usually see Annie and she is personable and does not keep me waiting. I look forward to my appointments because the whole experience is good. I never have to wait, Annie is great, and check out is a no brainer. I usually dread going to the doctor because of the long wait in the waiting room, the long wait in the exam room but not here.
Annie is so patient and pleasant and knowledgeable! I also feel like I’m in great care when I see her. Annie cares a lot about making sure my questions are answered and I never feel rushed. I trust her. She is the best!
My regular doctor was unable to see me for 3 months so I went looking for someone else as I had a suspicious spot. This clinic was on my insurance with a good patient rating and was close to work. They were able to get me in immediately (3 days) due to a cancellation. The office is nice, clean with a comfortable waiting area. My appointment was schedule for 830, I arrived at 807, was called back at 9 and out of the office by 924. Ann answered all of my questions, did a full body check and removed a couple of spots.
