The Phoenix Certification Clinic - North

This is my third year renewing at this clinic. The doctors are REAL people who chat with you and generally are concerned about your well being. I lost my card this renewal and Jasmine the office clerk reordered my card which I received in a week!! Totally awesome. Period. It's been a pleasure each year to do business and actually see the same receptionist and doctors year after year💜 They offer a small discount for certain qualified patients. Also, rates are alittlee expensive However, generating records every year or not having any at all: I can easily justify the money. UPDATE6/29: Just went today to renew my card. I finally met Jasmine who literally remembered me from last year! On this visit I met the Dr that owned the clinics and I am happy and impressed as heck to have met her!!! She is the business!! Smart as all get out! They have moved a couple doors down from where they were previously located. They were next to the smoke shop; now a few doors down next to the bridal store. Still offering a small discount for certain customers and the cost was under $250. It is expensive. But! I can go here EVERY year, see the same people and get the same results. I highly recommend this clinic FIRST if it's your first time. They make it so easy EVERY renewal. That's important. The hassle of running like a chicken for appointments and managing records is a stress I don't need. Located behind Mickey D's on the corner of 7th Street&Union Hills. Renamed the Mint medical center. Check this place out!

Renewed here again for the 5th time. Still a great spot and the Drs are knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to get your card. You have to pay the state online now it's slightly different. The Dr will upload all the documents online and you go through AZBOH and use a credit card to pay. It's super easy and these guys have it down. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Recommend very HIGHLY NO HASSLE‼️👆🏽

I recently had to visit this clinic to get my assessment for my medical card, and I was so impressed with the entire process . The Cleanliness Of the lobby , rooms, and offices were a great start from the beginning. I saw the Dr. and she was amazing with both my wife and I . She asked questions, and genuinely cared. When done, we saw the office manager to finish, and the same happened. She was fantastic , friendly and so so helpful on what we needed to do. I am so glad we decided to come here. I had a very fast and positive experience today. I met with Jasmine, who signed me in and set me up. She was extremely friendly and efficient. As soon as the paperwork was completed a doctor came to get me. After that, Jasmine explained the process and told me exactly what to expect moving forward. She answered all of my questions. Very fast and professional service as a walk-in appointment.

Two stars. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was nice and clean. But I was told 2-3 weeks to get my card in the mail, it's now been over 3 weeks with no card.

****Update/amendment**** I am updating my review and changing my verdict to 5 star customer service. It turns out there was an issue with the state and my address, my card was returned to the state. Dr. Prince in my opinion went above and beyond to see that my issue was resolved, going out of her way to contact me and let me know they got notification the state has received the mail back. My issue was an issue with the state, not with this business and I do not want it to reflect poorly on them. I do recommend this clinic to anyone and they will get my business for future renewals.
