We both shared a few starters and they were amazing but they weren’t nearly as amazing as our waitress!! Eileen was superb!! She treated us to a stellar meal and her attitude was spot on! Next time you eat at the Collins, ask to be seated in Eileen’s area and we know you won’t be disappointed!!

(September 26, 2020, 10:59 pm)this is one of our favorite places! we were here again recently and enjoyed the incredible restaurant week menu! the brussel sprouts were the best i’ve ever had! the short rib was exquisite- so happy we tried it this time around! also one of my favorite spots for INCREDIBLE cocktails! LOVE this place!! always a great experience.

We ordered the crab & corn chowder and brussels sprouts for appetizers, the beef short ribs and pork ribs for our entrée and one of each - the chocolate and coconut desert options for the $33/each deal during restaurant week. We loved our first visit and are looking forward to the next!
