The staff was very friendly. No matter how long a wait is, what makes or breaks a great visit is a friendly attitude from the staff. Concentra did a great job with making me feel comfortable in their facility!
I had an appt and got brought back promptly, my Medical assistant was amazing! I cannot remember her name but she was very friendly and professional! I got out in a timely manner! I definitely give this place 5 stars!
