  Steve was extremely helpful/ knowledgeable! He answered all questions and took as much time as we needed. I would recommend visiting Brooklyn Bedding and Steve!

  My husband and I laid on the Sedona adjustable bed and we both fell in love! This is the bed for us!!! Our sales person Steve Pope was very knowledgeable on the product. We respected the fact that he never said a bad comment about Brooklyn Bedding competitors. He did not rush us in making a decision . He respected our time and space. Our new bed was delivered today, and the two gentlemen that installed our bed were very polite and took time to answer some of my questions. During their set up they adhered to the COVID-19 guidelines. They made sure that they picked up any trash and left the area clean. We are looking forward to going to bed tonight!!!

  I had a great experience. The manager Steve was absolutely wonderful and informative. The prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

  Once I made a final decision to purchase a bed in a box online from Brooklyn Bedding, on a whim, I contacted the store to check how long delivery would take. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service treatment I recieved from Steve Poje, Store Manager. I am from NH and miscalculated the time difference at the time of my call. Mr Poje took my call before the store even opened answered all my questions and concerns about my order. He was proactive by handling my order verbally, ensured me he'd email me my receipt and send one by mail.
  
  We received our mattresses quickly and had the time this weekend to inflated them. They (we ordered a King & Full size medium (firmness) mattresses) are beautiful, very impressed with the quality and oh that cooling to the touch on the Aurora to die for. For the first time in a longtime I had the best night's sleep. My husband said it's like sleeping on a cloud. I couldn't be any happier, I made the right decision in purchasing from Brooklyn Bedding.
