(July 20, 2021, 8:22 pm)We were outside of the delivery area, so I unloaded my goods into a Cool Box at their location in Phoenix. Cool Box is kept in a secure, indoor building. They will deliver my Cool Box to my new residence and then I will have it unloaded there. The entire planning process from reservation to final destination went very smoothly and efficiently.
