The colors of leaves were beautiful and we had perfect fall weather.

My husband & I brought the dog here to hike the trails. The trails aren't bad but, they're not marked well at all.

Nice clean park. Wasn't crowded when we were there. Had drop toilets and no bath house. The camp host told me that they expect to get city water/sewer and build bath houses in the next 2-3 years. If you can do without a shower for a day or two, Go.

Honest and great work.

Nice little state park that I really didn't know existed. There is ample parking, two different shelter houses, a disk golf course, and looked like an archery range. There is a solid built restroom, and a porta potty. Not sure how the fishing is here. Seen a couple playing on the swing set, but not much other activity the day I stopped.

We stayed 2 nights and would have loved to stay longer! Electric only site are gravel with grass. There is equestrian camping with awesome paddocks! The trail system is extensive and enjoyable for walking or riding. Staff is veru friendly and helpful! Note: dump station is near the maintenance building at the main park area. Nice archery atea too!
