  Before working for Tmobile, I used to work next door to this location at metro pcs, so this would be the Tmobile I would go and do my transactions. The vibe at this store is amazing! I got the best customer service ever, all the employees were friendly and helped me get everything I need done. The first time I bought a phone there a young lady helped me out and was very knowledgeable and honest about what I was going to be paying, she helped me walk out the door satisfied, and with the best deal. The second time, I walked in before closing time and the employees were willing to stay 30 minutes after closing time with me just to get my things transferred! Now I work for Tmobile on 59th and northern so sadly I won’t be visiting this location anymore but I HIGHLY recommend it! Even though it’s a busy location, it’s worth the wait! You guys are the reason I started working for T-Mobile. Thank you!

  Everyone is friendly and welcoming, would have loved to rate it a 5 stars! Due to sales representatives not knowing correct knowledge of promotions and giving me incorrect information I’m giving 4 star for the reason that staff is friendly, clean store and manager was able to clarify how much I’m actually going to pay which is more..... overall can’t complain on customer service manager was on top of things and addressed the situation immediately.

  Sandra was so very helpful, as she always is. She has been my personal representative almost since the beginning of my account. She has always looked for the best ways to save me money, but assure me of the best services from T-Mobile. I currently have 6 phones and 4 tablets on my account. Of behalf of myself and my family, we are solid T-Mobile customers. Thanks to Ms. Sandra Santos.

  One of the best experience i have had with T-Mobile was at this location with Sandra best customer service she went over and Beyond her duties to help me with my account. I highly recommend her if you go to this location.
  
  I had went to the location on 51st ave and indianschool next to panda and ask if they could help me out transferring some postpaid account to prepaid and they said I had to call customer service and do it over the phone so I did and which they told me that could do it at the store so I went back in the store and told the lady and she said there was nothing she could do that I have to do it over the phone so I decided to go to another location that's when I went to this one on 43rd Ave and McDowell next to 7-Eleven I went in there to get a second opinion which Sandra was the one that helped me out and I told her my situation and she helped me right away she said she could do it but it will take her awhile but it was doable which I really appreciate it from her thank you so much
