My experience at Bodystreet Phoenix exceeded my expectations! I knew I would be getting a workout in a studio, but the customer service I received was outstanding. Both Drew and Kara introduces themselves as I walked into the studio and were eager to assist me. The studio itself was clean, modern, and overall a great place to receive a workout from experienced Bodystreet trainers. I didn’t know what to expect when I was gearing up for the workout, but after 20 minutes of intense activity and training, I was exhausted! The workout was amazing and I could feel it for a few days after, which is great because that just shows it works. Overall Bodystreet is a great investment, only 20 minutes a week and you can leave feeling healthier and stronger.
I love this workout! Adding this into my weekly workout routine once a week has dramatically changed my body and shredded my abs, not to mention it only takes 20 minutes. Love this workout! It's fun, effective, and best of all quick. The trainers are super personable. You feel it after only a few sessions. My shoulders/chest/biceps/abs all feel stronger. I add this to my weekly workout routine, but you could even just do this and see results.
