(February 20, 2019, 8:37 am)I love the trail from the south side to the Cloud 9 ruins. It's not too hard but still has a few challenges. It has some good spots for running and getting your heart rate up. If you're into exploring old ruins, Cloud 9 is perfect for an afternoon trek. Continue on to the very top and see the antennas (either side), rock pyramid and a stone plaque.

(February 12, 2019, 7:57 am)We’ve been exploring hiking areas in Phoenix and Shaw Butte Trail is worth the visit. It has nice views of the city and the path is wide since it appears to be an old road.
