  Wow how funny, I came to read the reviews and ta da , it's all about Gio!!! A young man I have been dealing with since my other guy left ....my origional tmobile guy Colby left sigh, can't remember what the last guys name was , he was great also ....but Gio is a rock star see ya soin!!

  I highly recommend Giovanni he is so patient and understanding you have no idea I had a flip phone and now I have a smartphone and he was so accommodating he spent four hours with me and said that I could not leave until I fully understood my phone this guy is totally amazing he needs a raise.

  For three days I have been trying to shift out of an ATT plan and into a new provider. After days of dealing with incompetency by online, mobile, and in-store ATT reps, I finally brought my unlocked iPhone to T-Mobile (cactus location). This staff was more than knowledgeable and the manager Erica made sure I didn’t leave until I had a phone ready to roll. I’ve been hurried out or told to call customer service so many times. Thank you for helping me finally get the experience I was looking for. ????????
