  Great hotel nice and close to the airport if your stay in Phoenix is short. There is a refreshing pool to lounge at and a nice restaurant inside. The airport shuttle driver was kind enough to drop us off to do some shopping in between airport trips and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Internet is free as long as you are a rewards member.

  WHAT AN AWESOME MEMORY AND EXPERIENCE ???? CLASS AT IT'S BEST FROM OUR EXPERIENCE FROM HAVING OUR FLIGHT CANCELED AFTER CALLING SO MANY OTHER HOTEL THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT ON THE PHONE WAS EXTRAORDINARILY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL . HE TURNED OUT UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCES INTO A LIFETIME MEMORY THAT GOES DOWN IN OUR BOOK AS ONE OF THE GREATEST TIME IN HOTEL MEMORIES EVER. EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES. THANKS FOR SUCH AND EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE ONE WE WILL NEVER FORGET❣❣

  By far one of the best experiences I've had at a Marriott.. The staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to make you happy.. Next time I'm in Phoenix I'll definitely be staying there.

  It's been a few years since I have stayed at a Marriott because of several bad experiences. I was pleased to see the turnaround. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Updated decor felt very W. Complementary breakfast was good. Only hitch was the card keys worked about 30% of the time.
