  Matt and Kelly have been making my life better for more then three years. Matt has saved me from a bulged disc, more knots in my back the I can count, a pulled quad muscle, and has helped me recover from several different academies in my quest for a career firefighter position. He has helped a lot of my friends as well. Both Matt and Kelly are positive, driven people who make you feel better just by spending time with them. When it comes to deep tissue massage, diet, or personal training these two are among the very best. Matt has made time for me when I really needed him even when he was booked solid for 12 hours a day for a week straight. They both genuinely care about helping people and making everyone they meet better. It was been wonderful watching them both grow their business and be able to be a help more and more people along the way. I am so thankful that I found them and want to share them with as many people as possible. Go in and meet them, you will be really glad that you did.

  I have been working with Matthew & Kelly Force for about three years now at their previous business "Full Force Fitness". Amazing trainers, masseuse AND people!! They totally promote a fit, healthy lifestyle and community.... Treating everyone like family!
  This new space they have taken on is really beautiful and the classes are as exciting as they are extreme?
  Go meet them and try a class or two.... You'll LOVE IT

  Owners Kelly and Matt are friendly, welcoming, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable trainers. Constantly finding new ways to challenge students while always knowing a way to adapt so everyone could do the moves safely ensured showing up to training sessions or bootcamp was always a blast. Their energy meant I could borrow their motivation on days mine was lacking but most importantly was how wonderful it was to feel myself get stronger and more capable with every passing week! I couldn't have found a better fitness family to make this yoga and hiking girl fall in love with going to a gym several evenings a week. I feel better and more comfortable in my body, and best of all I have a body that is better able to go do the things I want to do like hike/backpack/climb/bike. If you're questioning if you want to join a gym give these two a chance :)

  Not your avarage gym and studio. The facility is attractive. Lots of classes to choose from. Fun workshops. The owners/trainers, Kelly and Matt are awesome! Not only will they help you reach your fitness goals but they are truly invested in your vision. If you want a place with heart, start here!
