Little Sunshine's Playhouse and Preschool of Scottsdale

Our son has attended LSP for a little over two years now. We have enjoyed watching him grow alongside his classmates in a caring environment and creating special bonds with teachers. It is endearing to watch Miss Latryce Moore and Miss Melanie Cruz personally greet and interact each morning with our son upon arrival which we know eases him into the school day. In addition to the distinct services advertised by LSP such as LuvNotes, an on-site chef and security there are class parties which parents are invited to, book fairs and holiday gatherings all of which help you to become more involved in your child’s life at school. Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not mention the loose parts addition which the school implemented. Since doing so we have seen our son’s imagination soar during playtime to the point he rarely asks for screentime anymore and instead entertains himself with what materials he has in front of him. Now that the directors have educated us parents on the loose parts addition we personally practice more of it at home and could not be more pleased.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at this school. Our son is excited to go to school every day! The teachers are caring, helpful, and responsive to all of our concerns and needs. Brittany, Kayla, Aimee, Jenn, Lillie, Hannah and all the other teachers and their efforts are very appreciated.

We have had our Son at Little Sunshine's Playhouse for over 5 months. While he has been there he has developed and learned so much. This is much more than your average daycare. Previously we had him at another daycare that was similar but much larger, the advantages to being at Little Sunshine is the one on one attention and care that all the teachers take. We did our homework - there are so many daycares in the valley to choose from, if you are looking for a place that your child can learn and grow and feel apart of a larger family this is the place. They have well balance meals and snacks, outside time, activities, and everything is in house. This was really important for us, when you are researching. Don't get me wrong, they still loose items or will use the wrong diaper or change teachers now and then, but what daycare doesn't DO that? Having the opportunity to compare and have our son in a different daycare made us realize that the important things: He's safe, well cared for, and loved. And that's exactly what Little Sunshine's does. They don't put restrictions on parents and they have a camera so you can check in and see what your child is doing anytime you want. This was an added plus! It's an amazing group of people and we feel very fortunate to have our son attend.

This preschool is top of the line and such a wonderful place to take your children to! My son and daughter both attend this school and have learned so much! My wife and I are so happy that we chose LSP for our children and for our family. We highly recommend this facility!

My son loves his preschool! He can't wait to get to school each day. The teachers are amazing!!! The entire staff makes you feel so at home and like you are a part of the family. Ms Becky the director always says it takes a village and we all have to be a family. That is just what she does! We love the meals(my son has never ate so well for anyone) and the love that you feel makes me smile everyday!
