We are spending ten weeks in Scottsdale. We could only come if i could get a bi-weekly infusion.
We called Dr. kato’s office and easily set up an appointment with Dr. Kato and also the infusion appointment. When we met Dr. Kato he had requested, received, and read all of my medical history. He sat down, went over everything, answered questions, and made me feel very comfortable. We are so lucky to have Dr. Kato as our doctor.
The office is very clean. The infusion/treatment room is very comfortable. The nurses are extremely qualified, attentive and nice. The entire office does not keep you waiting for your appointment.
I greatly appreciate the good treatment I am receiving.
Dr. Kato and his team are AMAZING, they listen and solve! Kind, compassionate, and smart are just a very few words to describe this team. Heather Anderson is 'Johnny On The Spot' with any issues you are having and her follow up is phenomenal. These people are my life savers. I've been going here 5 years now. I'm still on the fence about the transition to Honor Health this past year, but I'll give the 'new' people a little more time to figure out how to follow suit with the existing Pinnacle team who were great in EVERY dept - hopefully Honor Health can look into their patient services and provide proper training to just a couple spoiled apples. But if you want supreme 'medical' care - I highly recommend Dr. Kato - he is the best!
